Maintaining a respectful, safe, and compliant workplace is a responsibility we all share. Use the tools below to report incidents, concerns, or violations in alignment with company policy and California law. Your reports are confidential and will be handled with care and professionalism.

Key Policies & Resources

  • RSS Anti-Harassment & Ethics Policy: RSS does not tolerate verbal, physical, or written harassment of any kind. All employees must complete Ethics & Harassment Prevention Training.
  • RSS Workplace Violence Prevention Policy (SB 553 ): All threats, intimidation, and acts of violence must be reported immediately. RSS complies with California’s SB 553 legislation on workplace violence prevention.
  • Equal Employment Opportunity Policy: RSS is an equal-opportunity employer. Discrimination based on race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability is prohibited.
  • Whistleblower Protection Statement: Employees who report violations of company policy, unethical conduct, or legal wrongdoing are protected under RSS policy and federal/state whistleblower laws. Retaliation against whistleblowers is prohibited and subject to corrective action.
  • Code of Conduct & Reporting (from the RSS Employee Handbook): Employees are expected to maintain the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability while representing Rodgers Security Solutions. Any form of dishonesty, misconduct, negligence, or violation of client policies may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
    Reporting Responsibility:
    Employees who witness or experience inappropriate behavior, policy violations, or unsafe conditions are required to report the issue through the designated channels outlined in this guide. RSS leadership is committed to timely, fair, and confidential handling of all reported incidents.
