Rodgers Security Solutions (RSS) maintains an applicant pool for part-time Business Development Associates to support sales outreach, proposal development, and client engagement activities. This role supports Business Development leadership in pursuing and maintaining B2B client relationships across corporate, industrial, construction, event, and executive environments.

Position Overview
Business Development Associates assist with:
– Lead generation and qualification
– CRM management and data accuracy
– Proposal drafting and presentation preparation
– RFP response coordination
– Appointment setting and follow-up communications
– Supporting pricing models and contract preparation
– Attending prospect meetings as requested
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
– 2+ years of inside or outside sales, marketing, or business development experience (preferred)
– Experience using CRM platforms
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines
– Professional references

Field Support Coordinators assist with operational preparation, guard coordination, and event logistics within assigned territories. This role supports site evaluations, guard briefings, recruitment activities, and event-based administrative coordination.
Position Overview
Responsibilities may include:
– Supporting guard onboarding and uniform distribution
– Assisting with recruitment events and job fairs
– Coordinating field communications between guards and leadership
– Maintaining territory-level records and documentation
– Supporting event logistics and on-site coordination
– Assisting Business Development with prospect materials
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
– 2+ years of administrative or operational support experience (preferred)
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Professional presentation standards
– Reliable transportation
– Reliable internet access (if remote)
– Active cell phone and email account
– Experience in security operations is helpful but not required.
