Rodgers Security Solutions maintains a roster of professionals eligible for executive and close protection assignments. These roles support corporate leaders, public-facing professionals, and private individuals with elevated security considerations. Executive protection work requires discretion, mobility, disciplined conduct, and strict adherence to client-specific protocols. Assignments are based on operational needs and client approval.
Position Expectations
Applicants must be prepared to:
- Maintain professional appearance and composure at all times
- Operate within client-specific confidentiality requirements
- Participate in advance planning and structured deployment protocols
- Coordinate with RSS leadership and designated client representatives
- Follow established escalation, reporting, and documentation procedures
- Complete required training prior to assignment
Assignments may require flexible scheduling, travel readiness, and availability for short-notice deployment.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Documented executive or close protection experience
- Active and current California security credentials and permits (as applicable)
- Strong communication skills and situational awareness
- Professional references
- The ability to operate with discretion and confidentiality
Prior military, law enforcement, or specialized security background may be relevant; however, required credentials must be current and verifiable.
Confidentiality & Screening
Due to the nature of executive protection assignments:
- Applicants may be required to execute client-specific non-disclosure agreements
- Multiple interviews with RSS leadership may be conducted
- Clients may request additional screening prior to assignment
Participation in the screening process does not guarantee placement.
Required Training
All personnel representing Rodgers Security Solutions — regardless of assignment type or employment status — must complete required Ethics and Harassment Prevention Training prior to deployment. Additional assignment-specific training may be required.
