Join the Rodgers Security Solutions Team – July 2025 Assignments

We’re hiring professional and dependable unarmed guards to support a high-profile event in Anaheim, California, from July 7-13.


Job Requirements

  • Active BSIS Guard Card (must be valid through July 2025)
  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the event site
  • Able to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Must maintain a clean, professional appearance
  • Punctual, dependable, and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working in large public venues or crowds
  • Strong communication & conflict-resolution skills
  • Event or crowd management experience is a plus
  • Veterans & former Law Enforcement encouraged to apply
  • Attendance at mandatory orientation & site walk-through is required prior to event shifts
  • All workers assigned to represent Rodgers Security Solutions, regardless of duration or employment status, are required to complete the Ethics and Harassment Prevention Training before receiving their site assignment or uniform

Job Duties Include

  • Guest check-in and access control
  • Entry and exit monitoring
  • Badge and credential checks
  • Crowd flow and line management
  • Bag inspections and roving patrol
  • Incident response and supervisor assistance
  • Post-shift documentation/reporting

Shifts

  • Event staff will be offered shifts ranging between 8 and 12 hours (on average), depending on experience and assignment.
  • Various shifts are available, including Morning, Afternoon, and Evening shifts.
  • You can state your shift availability in your application. We will try to accommodate your preferred days and shift times.
  • More details will be provided during the Orientation/briefing and in-person walk-through

Pay Rate

$18.00–$20.00 per hour
(Rate based on experience and shift assignment)

  • Paid breaks
  • Uniform shirt and event credentials provided

Uniform Requirements

  • Black pants (no jeans, leggings, joggers, or sagging pants)
  • All-black shoes or tactical boots
    (No open toes, crocs, slides, or heel-out shoes)
  • Black belt (required)
  • Black short-sleeve undershirt (required)
    (Optional: bring a second black undershirt as a backup)
  • Rodgers Security Solutions’ uniform shirt will be provided at the site walk-through (or before the start of shift, if you can’t attend)
  • An extensive list of Approved and Unapproved attire is provided for all applicants during our Intake Process.
