Welcome to the Rodgers Security Solutions Team!
We are excited that you have chosen to join our team. It’s time to begin your onboarding so that you can begin your work assignment. Below, please find two videos (in English with Spanish subtitles) and two handouts (one in English and one in Spanish) to help you with this onboarding process.
You must watch the two videos as part of your onboarding process.
The information provided on this page and in our videos is designed to help you with the next two stages of your onboarding. The entire process should take you approximately 30-45 minutes to complete. Please ensure you read each section fully and complete the required forms on this page to avoid delaying your onboarding.

Step 2 Instructions
Below is our digital Rodgers Security Solutions Tax & Payroll Intake Form, which allows you to upload your I-9 form and tax forms [DE-4, W4], and provide your payroll information for direct deposit.
Please ensure that you have the following items accessible and information completed BEFORE proceeding to the form:
- Taxpayer ID Number: Social Security Number or Employer ID Number

Important Payroll Distribution Information
The payroll section of our online form provides a Direct Deposit Authorization, and there is also a Paper Check option for those who don’t have access to a bank, credit union, or alternate funding source, such as the options below.
If you are providing Direct Deposit information from your bank or credit union, or opting for a Paper Check, please skip the YELLOW section below and proceed to the RSS Tax & Payroll Intake Form (GREEN section) at the bottom of this page.
Important Notice About Using Cash App, Venmo, and Other Financial Apps for Direct Deposit
If you choose to receive your pay via Cash App, Venmo, Chime, or similar financial apps, or via prepaid cards, you must first enable direct deposit in the app and ensure your account is fully verified. Submitting routing and account numbers without activating direct deposit may result in payment rejection and delays of up to 5 business days while funds are returned to RSS.
To avoid delays:
1. Confirm your app/account is set up to receive ACH direct deposits
2. Use only the official routing/account info provided by the app
3. Double-check that your account is active and eligible to receive payroll payments
Follow These Steps For Your Specific App
VENMO: In Venmo, click on “Me,” and next to your Balance, you will see “Account & Routing.” Click on that link, and you will find the Account Number and Routing Number to set up Direct Deposit.
CASHAPP: In CashApp, at the bottom left, click the icon/link that shows your “Cash Balance.” Click the Cash Balance link to open a new screen. On that screen, you will find “Account Details,” where the routing and account numbers are. CashApp even provides you with information on how to use these numbers for other purposes.
PAYPAL: Log in to your PayPal account and click on your Profile or “Account Settings” and then click on “Direct Deposit.” There you will find the direct deposit routing and account numbers, and other important information.
CHIME: Log in to your Chime app and navigate to “Move Money,” then click on “Set up direct deposit.” There you will find your routing and account numbers.
VARO: Varo gives you two locations to access your direct deposit information: 1) Open your Varo app and navigate to your Bank or Savings Account. Then, tap the gear icon in the top right corner, and toggle “Show account number(s)” to view both your routing and account numbers.
2) You can also find this information within the “Move Money” section of the app.

Step 3: Mandatory Bullying and Harassment Prevention & Ethics Online Training
• Effective Q1 2025: RSS is strengthening its training and compliance policy. All workers assigned to represent RSS — regardless of employment status or assignment duration — are required to complete our Bullying and Harassment Prevention & Ethics Training before receiving their site assignment or uniform (with a few exceptions regarding timing).
• Contact our HR department if you have not received an email link (or other notification) to attend the online training within two (2) business days of being directed to this welcome page. Email: HR@rodgerssecuritysolutions.com
Step 4: Briefing/Orientation
4.2 Non-Event Orientation
• All non-event workers will be scheduled for an in-person and/or online orientation where you will receive specific information about your work assignment and responsibilities.
• For post and executive protection assignments, you will also receive an on-site walk-through and be trained on any checkpoints, shift reports, and apps that you will be required to use.
• An RSS-issued company shirt will be provided to you during the orientation, walk-through, or before your shift begins.
