Whether you’re new to RSS, a returning team member, or a current member taking part in your refresher training, this course will equip you with clear expectations, real-world scenarios, and the tools to recognize, prevent, and report unethical or harmful behavior. You are not just protecting property and people—you are also protecting your reputation, your colleagues, and the integrity of our company.

To successfully complete this Ethics & Harassment Prevention Training, you must complete all course sections in order and meet the following requirements:

1. Watch each training video or narrated slide module in full.
   Skipping ahead or fast-forwarding will prevent course progress from being properly recorded.
2. Engage with all knowledge checks [if the interactive feature is enabled].
   These questions are designed to reinforce what you have learned and prepare you for the final quiz.
3. Pass the Final Quiz with a score of 80% or higher.
   • You must answer at least 8 out of 10 questions correctly.
   • You will have two attempts to meet the required score.
   • If you do not pass, your supervisor or training coordinator may assign a review session before reattempting.
4. Complete the Acknowledgment Section
   • You must certify that you have completed the training, understand the material, and agree to follow all harassment and ethics policies.
   • This acknowledgment will be stored in your personnel file.
